How it works
Step 1: Orientation
Attend a free orientation with our staff to discuss your goals
and find out if the HMR Healthy Solutions program is the right
program for you.
Step 2: Induction
Before enrolling, you’ll meet with the program nurse in order to
make sure you thoroughly understand the program commitments and
procedures. After you provide a clearance from your primary care
provider you will be ready to participate in the HMR Healthy
Solutions program.
Step 3: Weekly Classes and Coaching
During the weight loss phase, meal replacements are the backbone
of your daily nutrition. The health educator will teach you easy
ways to lower your fat and calorie intake without feeling
hungry. You will also learn how to change your diet by combining
HMR shakes and meals with a variety of delicious fruits and
vegetables. In addition, you’ll discover simple strategies for
adding physical activity into your daily and weekly routine.
Step 4: Maintenancee
Once you have met your goal weight or have stopped losing
weight, we recommend that you continue on our maintenance
program for 18 months. This will help you get through the
challenges that could interfere with your weight management
efforts. Maintenance will also help you continue practicing the
skills you have learned and will make it easier for you to
problem-solve difficult situations.
